Thanks for shopping with Outdoor Grill Sales. Here is how we get your order to you.

Processing time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, so you see the exact cost before you pay.

Where we ship: We ship within the 48 contiguous United States. At this time we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Damaged or lost shipments: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email michael@outdoorgrillsales.com with your order number and we will make it right.
